Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground Service. FedEx requires a physical shipping address. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders being shipped to a PO Box or a Military Address (AA, AE, AP) are shipped via the United States Mail Service and may take 3-12 business days for delivery.
 
 
 
 

50 United States, PR and Military Orders:
Standard Shipping FedEx Ground: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEx. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number.

Canada Orders 
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by international Postal money order (funds must be in USA dollar), credit card or PayPal. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders and PayPal.

The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Additional shipping charges may be required on oversized items.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
 

The way we look at it, we've got no business asking for your next order until you're 100% satisfied with your last order. To make sure you get everything you expect from Custom Cake Supply, we back your purchase with our famous 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We do not accept return on edible items or items intended for food use.

You can buy with confidence, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, you can return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Consider it our way of saying 'thank you' for your support.

We've always believed that the measure of a company is the way they treat their customers. So with every order, we make this promise to you - the best quality, the best value, the best service Guaranteed.

If you receive a product that you no longer want, wrong size, wrong item or damaged we will gladly replace it or provide a refund, provided the following conditions are met: 

  • The product has not been used and is in original packaging and package is not damaged (sealed if originally factory sealed).
  • You contact Custom Cake Supply via email by using the "contact us" page at the bottom of the webstie.  You can request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days (Mon-Fri.) of receiving your order. We will not issue a RA numbers will be issued after this 2 day period.
  • The product is returned to Custom Cake Supply within 7 days of receiving an RA number.
  • Please return all products via FedEx, UPS or USPS insured. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation if package is lost or damaged.
  • Custom Cake Supply will not be responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
  • Enclose your information the RA number and reason for return, refund or exchange.
  • All return packages will be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee.
  • Custom Cake Supply reserves the right not to accept edible items, books, DVDs or items intended to be used for cooking or baking for return.
